30 years in HR taught me what businesses often miss…
I've spent three decades in HR, organisational development, and workplace health and safety, across complex, values-driven environments in Australia and the UK. My conclusion: psychosocial risk is real, and it deserves the same priority as physical safety, yet it's usually the first thing pushed down the priority list… until something goes wrong.
I started Frame Workplace Solutions to change that. I'm not interested in compliance for its own sake as I believe people do their best work when they feel safe and supported. My role is to be the extra pair of hands your business needs to meet its obligations and embed practices that actually stick.
I'm known for turning strategy into everyday practice by strengthening governance, embedding accountability, and building psychological safety from the inside out.
I hold a Graduate Diploma of Psychology (Swinburne University), a Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (Charles Sturt University), and a Bachelor of Arts (La Trobe University). I'm a Certified Professional of AHRI (CAHRI), a Master Practitioner of NLP, and a member of the NLP Association of Asia Pacific Inc.
Coaching: personal and leadership
Real change happens person by person. Alongside embedding psychosocial risk frameworks, I offer personal and leadership coaching and public workshops, drawing on NLP and research-driven tools including the EQ-i 2.0, Resilience First Aid, and the Emotional Culture Deck to build self-awareness, resilience, and confidence.
I don't just help you understand your risk. I work alongside you to embed solutions that last.
Q: Where do you add value?
I add value by helping organisations, and leaders, build practical HR solutions to meet the needs of their people and their psychosocial obligations. I also work with individuals to identify any areas which may be preventing them from reaching their highest potential.
Q: What can’t you work without?
Curiosity, collaboration and a great coffee…
Q: What makes a great workplace?
Clear expectations, safe, respectful conversations, and leaders who actively listen to others.
Q: Where do you feel most in your element?
Having conversations and unpacking the data to see how values, culture and workplace systems support psychosocial and psychological safety. Doing this work leads to creating solutions that actually work.
Q: What does Frame mean to you?
For me, Frame means being that helping hand to create workplaces that support the needs of business owners, staff and customers alike. All three have to be considered for a workplace to genuinely thrive.
