4. Enquiries and bookings

When you submit an enquiry, book a session, register for an event, or request a proposal, you agree to provide accurate, complete and current information.

Submitting an enquiry does not automatically create a client relationship. A client relationship will usually begin when we confirm the engagement in writing, you accept our proposal, or we otherwise agree to provide services to you.

We reserve the right to accept, decline or discontinue work at our discretion, subject to any existing written agreement.

5. Proposals and scope of work

Any proposal, quote or service description provided by Frame will outline the scope of work, fees, timing, deliverables and any assumptions or exclusions relevant to the engagement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

services are limited to the scope described in the relevant proposal or agreement;

additional work outside the agreed scope may incur additional fees;

timelines may depend on the timely provision of information, access and feedback from the client;

changes to scope, timing or deliverables must be agreed in writing.

6. Fees and payment

Fees for our services will be set out in the relevant proposal, invoice, booking page or written agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed:

invoices are payable by the due date stated on the invoice;

fees are quoted in Australian dollars;

GST will be applied where required;

late payments may result in suspension or delay of services;

any additional expenses, travel, materials or third-party costs will be charged where agreed.

We may change our pricing at any time, but changes will not affect services already confirmed unless agreed with you.

7. Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds

Cancellation and rescheduling terms may vary depending on the nature of the service, workshop, coaching program or consulting engagement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

reasonable notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session, workshop or meeting;

late cancellations may attract a cancellation fee;

fees for work already performed are non-refundable;

prepaid programs, workshops or retainers may be subject to specific cancellation terms;

if we need to reschedule a service, we will take reasonable steps to offer an alternative time.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Client responsibilities

To enable us to provide services effectively, you agree to:

provide accurate and relevant information;

respond to reasonable requests in a timely way;

make relevant people available where required;

ensure participants understand the purpose and scope of any workshop, review, survey or consultation;

use our advice, reports and resources appropriately;

seek independent legal, medical, psychological, financial or specialist advice where needed.

You acknowledge that workplace change, leadership development, psychosocial risk management and culture work often require ongoing action from the client organisation. We cannot guarantee a particular workplace, commercial, legal or behavioural outcome.

9. Coaching, consulting and psychosocial risk work

Frame’s work may involve complex, sensitive or confidential workplace issues.

Our services are designed to support reflection, capability, culture, risk awareness and better workplace decision-making. However, our services do not replace:

legal advice;

clinical psychology or counselling;

medical advice;

emergency support;

formal workplace investigations, unless expressly agreed;

regulatory, compliance or safety advice from a qualified specialist, where required.

Where there is an immediate risk to health or safety, you should contact appropriate emergency, legal, HR, health or safety professionals.

10. Confidentiality

We will take reasonable steps to keep client information confidential.

However, confidentiality may be subject to limits, including where:

disclosure is required by law;

there is a serious risk to health or safety;

disclosure is necessary to provide the agreed services;

information is already public;

disclosure is authorised by you;

reporting requirements are agreed as part of the engagement.

For workplace reviews, surveys, coaching programs or group sessions, the specific confidentiality arrangements should be confirmed before the work begins.
