The story behind Frame

Jessie Arney has spent more than 30 years working across human resources, organisational development, and workplace health and safety, within complex, values-driven environments in Australia and the United Kingdom.

Her experience has led to a simple conclusion: psychosocial risk is a genuine workplace risk that deserves the same attention as physical safety. Too often, however, it is overlooked until issues escalate into complaints, claims or significant organisational challenges.

Jessie founded Frame Workplace Solutions to help organisations take a proactive approach. Rather than focusing on compliance alone, she partners with businesses to create psychologically safe workplaces, where people feel supported and organisations can confidently meet their legal obligations.

Known for translating strategy into practical action, Jessie helps organisations strengthen governance, embed accountability, and build lasting systems that support both leaders and employees.

Jessie holds a Graduate Diploma of Psychology from Swinburne University, a Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Charles Sturt University, and a Bachelor of Arts from La Trobe University. She is a Certified Professional of the Australian HR Institute, (CAHRI), a Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), and a member of the NLP Association of Asia Pacific Inc.

Coaching: personal and leadership

Jessie believes real change happens one person at a time. Alongside helping organisations embed psychosocial risk frameworks, she provides personal and leadership coaching as well as public workshops, using evidence-based tools including NLP, the EQ-i 2.0, Resilience First Aid, and the Emotional Culture Deck. Her approach builds self-awareness, resilience, confidence and practical leadership capability.

Rather than simply identifying organisational risks, Jessie works alongside leaders and teams to embed sustainable solutions that create healthier, more resilient workplaces.
