FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What is psychosocial risk and why does it matter to my business?
Psychosocial risk is the risk of psychological or physical harm arising from the way work is designed, organised and managed, or from workplace interactions and behaviours. Organisations have a legal duty under work health and safety legislation to identify, assess and control psychosocial risks, applying the same systematic approach used to manage physical workplace hazards. Effective management of psychosocial risks not only supports worker health, safety and wellbeing but also improves productivity, engagement, retention and organisational performance.
What engagement options are available and how do I know which service is right for my situation?
Frame can support your business in a number of ways, including:
Ongoing support as you need it,
Project (a focused, time-bound engagement for a specific challenge), or
ad hoc support (flexible help as issues arise).
Each of Frame's services is mapped to specific psychosocial hazards, so you can see at a glance which offering addresses your situation. If you're not sure, get in touch and we'll talk through what's going on before recommending anything.
Do you only work with organisations, or do you offer support for individuals too?
Both. Alongside organisational services like advisory, training, and systems design, Frame also offers one-on-one coaching for individuals navigating change, conflict, or personal growth.
Do I need to be a large organisation, or have a HR team to work with Frame?
No. Frame works with businesses of any size, from small teams needing occasional guidance through to larger organisations managing complex governance and risk obligations.
Frame is designed to act as your HR specialist solution of identifying and managing psychosocial hazards. If that’s the gap you are missing, Frame gives you access to senior People & Culture expertise without the cost or commitment of a full-time hire.
How do I get started?
Get in touch for an initial conversation - there's no obligation, and we'll work out together what kind of support makes sense for where you're at.
